Description of Work: They were awesome and professional. The company uses organic cleaners which is great for the environment. My father had blood on his carpet and the carpet looks great. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had a glass jar of milk shatter on the floorboard in the back seat of my car and tried everything to get the smell of spoiled milk to go away but couldn't. These guys spent so much time with me on the phone before the visit talking through options and educating me on their cleaning process. Even though I was only going to be spending a couple hundred bucks, they made me feel like I was spending a $1,000. The crew that showed up at my house were prompt, extremely professional, friendly and spent a lot of time with me as well. These guys definitely are the real deal and I'd HIGHLY recommend them for cleaning services.

Description of Work: Would definately use again. They did a great job. They were on time and my carpet looked almost brand new after they left. The carpet also dried pretty quickly. There was not much of a "cleaning" odor after they left which we appreciated since we're odor senstive. I also appreciated that they did not charge extra for traveling to a town 10 miles outside of Bloomington.

Description of Work: They came to my home and were prompt and very polite. They looked the carpet over to determine what needed to be done in some areas. They completed the task in a timely manner and the carpet looked great when they were done. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I had Steamed Green come in to clean my sofa. Having a new puppy in the house, the sofa took a few hits stain-wise. They were very prompt when I told them my schedule and came on the soonest suggested time. They really knew a lot about the nature of stains and shared with me tips of how to best handle trouble. I was impressed by their line of all-natural products they used and now I swear by their pet stain deodorizer! I will be sure to call them again the next time my sofa has met its puppy match!

Description of Work: I sent several emails at 9pm the night before to communicate our house had been "skunked" and asked several providers for their help in getting our carpets cleaned ASAP. Steam Green arrived by 9am the next morning! They were courteous, professional, and very empathetic for our situation. GREAT company!

Description of Work: Bought a new house and read Angie's list reviews here to give him my business. He was very helpful on the phone and was very knowledgable. Price was reasonable and was prompt and did the whole house cleaning. Could not get one stain out completely and noted this on the final report. Also, at my request, he quoted my tile cleaning/sealing and explanations of that service, I will probably use him in the future for that service when I'm ready for it, ie diirtier tile. Will use them again in the future.
