The final contact was in early November 2009 to use up our remaining pre-paid time which would have been over in December. They did not return either of 2 telephone messages left requesting a cleaning date!
Description of Work: As we still had time remaining on our pre-paid package, I phoned in early November 2009 to arrange a date for cleaning. This is after the 4th appt she did not show in Feb 2009. Left a message on their machine. Never had a return phone call. Left 2 messages total. No response.

They were scheduled to come a total of 4 times. The first time a middle aged woman came to vaccuum, clean the trim, and dust tall built in bookshelves. She showed up without a ladder! Clumsy, bumped the wood trim as she tried to carry all of her equipment (mop, bucket, and vaccuum) in one trip. Vaccuum stopped working. Had to leave to get a ladder even though they were told ahead of time they would need one. Only stayed about 1.5 h and arrived late. Next time (1-26-09) came to clean laminate floor. Fiance supervised this. They used Murphy's Oil soap squirted directly on surface. He noted at least one additional product was used. When I returned home found the entire first floor to be sticky, cloudy, and greasy. When I walked on it with socks, I could see my foot prints and the socks stuck to the floor. I cried when I saw the floor. Movers were coming the next morning. Went to Home Depot to buy a mop and try to clean this up at 8pm. After several hours of mopping we were able to get down to the original finish on a limited pathway. The next morning the Movers placed cardboard on floor for protective pathway. Called the service and 2 women returned that weekend to clean the floors. They were at our home for nearly 4 hours undoing the mess they had caused. We only allowed them to use dawn and warm water. They had to clean each area by hand going over it 2-3 times! The one kept trying to move on to a new area. I would not allow this until the area was back to its original appearance. They need constant supervision. If I had had my own supplies, it would have been faster to do this myself. Reported the poor performance to my employer so they would not contract with them again.
Description of Work: Asked to come and clean laminate floors in new construction prior to moving in. Dust, vaccuum and remove remaining construction dust. The service was paid for by our employer which was to provide 10 hours of prepaid service.

Description of Work: Since we had a pre-paid 10 hours credit from our employer, we asked them to return to clean. I left my office early for 3:30pm appt. Worker never showed up or called. I called Anne the main contact and was told that the worker couldn't make it. She did not reschedule either.
