Patty began by asking what our must-haves and needs were and moved on to what we really wanted. We discussed budget and neighborhoods and she went to work. Patty worked tirelessly finding an researching homes. We met twice per week and looked at 3-4 houses each meeting until we ran out of houses. From there, Patty would call us anytime something that matched what we wanted came on the market. We looked too and would often suggest homes to get her reaction. There were several times she reminded me of our list and how certain tings on these houses didn't match. That showed me she was paying attention and sticking to our needs. It took us from February to May to find the right house. Patty was a very good negotiator on our behalf and was extremely helpful during the closing process. At no time in the entire process did she conduct herself in any way but professionally. She is one of the hardest working, knowledgeable and congenial agents I have ever met. She knows the town, she knows houses and she knows the experts you need when it's time for inspections and tests. She always made time for us, and when that was not possible, one of her co-workers stepped right in. It's a great group. I would not hesitate to recommend Patty or the agency she works for.
