Steve and his team did a very nice job. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication within their organization and the wrong color was installed. Steve offered to remove and replace the incorrect color with the correct one, OR take a very fair discount for the job. I was very pleased with the customer service. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled truly speaks to the integrity of an organization. I would highly recommend using Rainguard in the future. Original price reflected below.

Overall well. Had to have them back for "weird" black lines on white gutters - likely due to something on the machine that forms the gutter from the coil stock. However, the installers should have noted that. In addition, had issues with aluminum screws that attached the gutter guard "rusting" and leaving streak marks on new gutters. In some areas this is three stories up and is noticeable from the deck. They came back twice but had to end run around the sales guy who became unhelpful. The owner, Steve, communicated with me and saw that the job was done right. However, it took my constant persistence to get to this point.

Initially, they came on March 26th for the proposal and they installed the gutters in the early Spring. They were good and professional. However, it didn?t really solve the problem and the gutters didn?t seem to work quite right. I have called the company twice since they completed the job. I spoke with Noll on June 27th and he said he would come out the next time that it rained to check into the issue. I have been waiting on them and they still have not yet come out or gotten back into contact with me. Update, November 23, 2014. I have never heard back from this company. Their follow up is non-existent. I'm trying to sell this house now and there are still problems with the gutters they installed. I would recommend to anyone needing gutter replacement or repair to keep on looking for a better provider.

Installation team showed up as promised, completed work and cleaned up efficiently and speedily. Nothing left behind except good looking new gutters and downspouts. We have a simple roof line and the price seemed a bit high but their work was efficient and high quality.

i am very pleased with the end result , because i was prepared to replace the whole system since it is old and had been giving us trouble for awhile...but when they came out to quote i was quite pleased that they didn't try to sell me any more than was needed to solve my problem... now 7 months later it is working great and saved me a lot of money vs a new system. they were courteous, prompt, and i am pleased with the work done

They came to give an estimate and were fast and came right when they said they would. The installers came and did a very professional job. There was one downspout I might have done a bit differently, but it works . We've had a few good rains to try it out and all seems to work flawlessly. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Rainguard had to work around Best Roofing people because we needed the gutters done before we left town on vacation. The two groups woked great together to get the job done. We had oversize gutters installed due to our basement water problems and they look great! The craftmanship of the installation was much better than the original. Also, the gutter guards installed look to be superior to anything I have seen
