Description of Work: I had some work done with Quality Carpentry Service.

Description of Work: Dave of Quality Carpentry built me a custom sewing table. The table includes 2 bookcases which are the supports and a removable tabletop. The table is made of poplar and ash. The tabletop and bookshelves were chosen with the utmost care by Dave to show off the beauty of the wood grain. The sides of the bookcases were custom cut with cutouts that look like a spool of thread with a needle through it. The bookcases have levelers installed into the bottom so that the table can be custom levelled depending on the floor. Dave stained about 8 wood samples with different stain colors (one ash sample and one poplar sample for each stain color) and had me chose the stain I wanted from the samples. So thorough that he stained a bit of each wood type because as he explained different wood types will stain differently. From start to finish the project took less than a week. He delivered the table to my house and set it up for me. I was so thrilled! I couldnt be happier! Now I need to start sewing.
