They were fine. The first was not so good so I had to have a second guy come back again and it cost me another $1200 bucks. I threw away all my beds and stuff that were brand new just because I don?t want to take chances. The first guy bragged about himself a lot, how great he was with his region. Then a friend of mine called the guy who always comes to his house, so the second guy did a really good job and was thorough. But since it was within the time limit, I didn?t have to pay again.

Very professional and answered all questions and contributed information for future reference.

He takes care of any problems. He even calls me to schedule appointments on a Sunday evening, which I appreciated knowing ahead. It's all preventive.

They are excellent. David is very knowledgable and helpful. Sandy was helpful as well.

They haven't solved my problem but it wasn't from the lack of not trying. I don't know if they guarantee they will kill my bugs or not. The guy is really nice when he comes out but the problem hasn't been solved. He is a friendly guy and seems like he knows what he is doing but the problem is still there. I really didn't shop around for pricing. They were quite responsive and pretty professional. I don't know if I would recommend them. Depending on how they handle my current problems will decide if I will continue using them.

I got another quote was $200 higher. I will have to wait to see how effective the treatment was. They put a barrier all the way around my house to kill the termites. They had to drill holes in the concrete of my garage all the way, so they could spray. They covered it back up with concrete. They had to make holes in the ceiling of the house. They came back and sprayed the floor joists.
