We needed a thorough basement floor clean-up in preparation for some new flooring that we will be installing. Robert Nichols responded quickly, gave us a reasonable price and did exactly what we asked. He was very pleasant, conscientious and did a nice job in a timely fashion with his assistant. He was easy to work with and we would recommend him to others without reservation.

We have used Nichols & Martinez for our house-cleaning needs for two years. They have performed exceptionally...we love how clean and fresh our home is after each visit. Recently, we also hired Nichols & Martinez to power wash our house, front porch, and deck and to wash all our windows, inside and out (and we have a lot of windows). Again, they did a fantastic job. Robert Nichols, the owner, is professional, personable, and trustworthy. We are delighted with his service. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Nichols & Martinez for regular home cleaning or for any of the specialized services they offer.

They arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They were a little higher priced than other comparable services. With that said, their work was outstanding. The gutters were very clean and they disposed of the debris.
