+ -1 moreExcellent. Said he would be here at 8:00 a.m. sharp, and he was. Diagnosed the problem. Got the part from his truck. Fixed it. We visited for a bit and by 8:30 he was on the road. Very pleased. He will be our and quot;go toand quot; electrician in the future.

+ -1 moreMullen promptly came to the home to look at the jobs. Before leaving he informed me that he would make some calls, get some prices, and provide estimates in a day or two. After not hearing back from him, on the 3rd day, I phoned and left a message on voicemail, asking him to call me back. I never heard from him. I therefore called another electric company.
Description of Work: I called Mullen Electric to arrange for an estimate for some electrical work on our home: (1) combine 2 meters into one so we would get 1 rather than 2 bills from Ameren (2) install a chandlier.

+ -1 moreThe first visit, he looked a the area, the old circuit box and took down everything I wanted. On his return, he went to work and by the end of the day, I was ready to go.
Description of Work: Had 220 ran to the house and a new circuit box installed as well as new outlets. Did an excellent job!

+ -1 moreThe electrician was very good. He did a few repairs and he is going to come back to do more major work. The GFI was put in by the washer and dryer. He was prompt, courteous and his price was reasonable. His work was excellent and he was great. I would use him again.
Description of Work: Mullen Electric Co did some electrical work towards the end of September. They put a GFI in and did a couple of other things.

+ -1 moreOverall, I have always been pleased with the job he has done and I know the electricity in my house is much safer than it used to be.
Description of Work: I have used Ron Mullen for several odd jobs around my house. We have an older home and each time we come across something that need to be updated, he is available, punctual, and does the job well. He will give estimates as well. He's has updated electrical outlets, redone wiring, and changed out our entire electrical panel. I think the last time we used him it was for just some small repairs of lights. He cleaned up the wiring and fitted 4 new light fixtures for us for about $100 if I remember correctly. Replacing our entire electrical panel that required buying a new box and switches and 4-5 hours of work in our older home cost $750.
