We've used Kellington for many years. Don always responds promptly and schedules the work quickly. He diagnosed a long standing problem and took the steps to correct it. While he was here for the water heater problem, he did a follow-up check on an earlier job. Don always takes the time to explain how the problem developed and what he will do to fix it. When we had problems with our shower valves, Don went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and order our life-time replacement parts for us. He pieced the old ones back together until the replacement could arrive. The next time he was back for a job, he installed the replacement parts for us. It's always a relief to know that Don is on his way.

We have known them for a long time. We have used them for about 20 years. They always do a good job. They are respectful and clean up after themselves. They have replaced pipes and faucets. They have put in a new toilet in our basement.

They have been friends of the family for years. They are cost-effective and they are cost conscious. They are reasonably priced. They are available 24/7. I've had them do other things in the middle of the night. They are an all around good company.
