Our insurance company set an appointment with this company 5 weeks ago. When we first showed up we were told they had to order the window. Then after not hearing from them in 3 weeks our insurance agent called them. Then the manager Brian called and said he was told to call us by our agent. With no concern that there service sucks. Then 2 weeks later they finally call to let us know they would be at our house at 9am, but at 9:45 they had not shown up. We then called them to get some excuses and told they we would be there between 10:30 and 11 am. We then called the owner to explain to him how we had been treated. During this whole process this company never once apologized for the poor service we had received. We canceled service with this company. It would of been nice if they would of just told us 5 weeks ago they didn't care for our business instead of wasting our time.
