+ 0 moreSlow process, tile workers mocked our color choice the entire project. Jim was nice a personable but as the GC rarely came around. His son who handled the project was rarely on time and if scheduled a date always skipped showing up for other projects. On 1 year warranty replacements covered under their contract Jim Hinkle has vanished and won't return to the site to fix their mistakes.

+ 0 moreThe tile on the floor started coming loose, I had to hire someone else to come back and fix it. I was not pleased with the work that was done in my bathroom. I feel like the quality of work was poor. They put grout down the sink.
