errible service from Hoerr Landscaping. I ordered 15 tonnes of white rock from Hoerr Landscaping in Peoria. I had done the same in 2017, when the dump truck driver evenly dumped the gravel along the entire driveway. I expected the same, or at least similar. If not even spread, then at least along the entire driveway. Unfortunately, Hoerr company sent a driver with limited skills who dumped the entire load in middle of the driveway. On calling Hoerr, they told me that their service is to deliver, not spread it. So it is not their problem. The driver did not even ask us where to dump. By the time I asked my wife to reach out and stop his dumping, he had finished it and left. Now my driveway is blocked with mountains of gravel. I am searching for landscaper with skid steer rake. One estimate I got from a landscaper is $750.00

They have a good selection of plants and their horticulturists know what they are talking about. They give very professional service, listen to what we want and then come up with a plan for our yard that helps us accomplish our goals.

Hoerr did not contact me for over a month. I contacted them about timing, and was promised the next week. Two weeks came and went without any service or contact. When I was out of town, I got a voicemail that they were coming the next day. Their communication is terrible.

We went to Hoerr's nursery to look at rose bushes. The workers a informative and always helpful. They also carry plants, bushes and trees that are not found anywhere else. If I have any questions with my plants or trees, I get my answers for Hoerr's. Very happy!

They are very good. We use them on a regular basis and we have been very happy with the service.

The Association appreciated all of Hoerr Nursery's staff assistance in choosing an appropriate size tree for the front yard and contacting J.U.L.I.E. the week prior to the planting activities. J.U.L.I.E. was given special instructions with regards to a couple of specific conditions at one installation location. Two young men from Hoerr Nursery arrived at the Condos to install the two Jack Pear Trees on the scheduled planting date. Both men were very courteous and professional and went right to work planting the trees. At one location a small dead tree as removed before the new tree could be planted. I was given complete watering instructions for the trees, which I passed on to the two Unit Owners. The trees were placed with no incidents.

Work is always performed as agreed. This is an annual, recurring service whereby Hoerr's applies fertilizer and weed control to our lawn.

They keep the weeds in control. The price is also good.

I liked everything; they planted it in the fall and came back in the spring to check on it. They were just wonderful all the way around and I will use them again in the future.
