I think he did fine with the garage, concrete guy I’m a little upset with as we have a little cracking. The pricing was good. They were more kind of creepy. I don’t think I’ll use them again in the future because of the sub-contractor.

The team was professional and polite and the job was done quickly, though they didn't always come right when they said they would. However, the job was done start to finish with the only delay being weather. If the weather cleared up after a rainy morning, they showed up then, which I thought was good. We did have a problem with continued leakage which turned out to be related to a boot that needed replacing around a chimney. Took almost a year to find this out, but they stuck with us in identifying the problem and making it right. I would use them again.

They were a good value for the money. They were pretty professional and on time. I was pleased with their work.

Our phone call was not returned timely, we were ready to go somewhere else. When the workers were working on the garage door they dented it and did not tell us. Halfway through the install they left and did not come back for another day and a half and we could not open the garage door. Had to hound the owner and he finally sent one person back out to fix it. This person was very rude, hung up on us as he was driving to finish the work. The garage door failed a year later. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR - his workers are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional people you do not want them near your home.

Great, only delay was the weather...so much rain!

I was vey pleased with the overall service I recieved from the company. Everything was done exactly how I was told it would be done. The timeline I was given was kept (a big plus for me). I will definately use Mr. Roe and his crew for my future projects.
