Description of Work: Replace the HVAC system in home. The installers did a great job in replacing our heating and cooling system. They were prompt an did a great job installing and cleaning up after the job was done. I was very happy with the in results. |I also got a better price on the complete package than what Lowes with there rebates was going to give me. It pays to shop around for this major expense. Very please with this company.

Description of Work: Our a/c compressor quit working, so I called Monday evening and they came out Tues pm. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a repair price estimate on the spot, and a firm quote 2 hours later. Their may be less expensive contractors out there, but they have never let me down.

Good, no problem otherwise.
Description of Work: The company came out and re-lit by pilot light on my furnace. It took less than five minutes. No other work was done. It was my understand that the cost would be $30.00. They charged me $30.00 for the trip and $47.00 to light the pilot on the furnace. Doesn't seem fair.

Response from Fritch Heating & Cooling, Inc
In response to the report by the member, I am glad we were able to get his furnace running again. Our rates for service are $94 per hour (with a half hour minimum) + there is a $30 trip charge to get our technician to the home. From what the member reported, it sounds like we were not clear enough to him over the phone on our charges & for that I am sorry. But I am glad we were able to keep him warm.
