He could not clear the drain. He then wanted to cut a hole in my kitchen wall to snake the drain. I had to pay him for attempting the job. My regular plumber then easily cleared the drain.

He tried and said he could not clear the drain unless he made a hole in our wall for the snake line. We declined and had to pay $95 for trying. We called our regular plumber and he cleared it in 15 minutes.

He couldn't do it. I had to pay anyway and then I called my plumber who easily did it.

Bad. He tried but he couldn't clear the drain. He said he needed to cut a 14 inch hole in the wall to put in a snake access to clear the drain. He said he couldn't actually guarantee the work but it would cost an additional $300+ on top of the first $95 we had to pay. I called our regular plumber. He went through the sink drain and cleared it in 15 minutes. Our plumber couldn't understand why Dr. Rooter needed to make a hole in our wall. He also couldn't understand why we had to pay $95.
