Used IKO architectural shingles. Love the look!!!

I am very happy with my new roof! It has really made a difference in the look of the house. Dale and his workers were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner, and they were very careful about making sure the yard and driveway were free of any scraps, nails, etc. each day before they left. I would highly recommend Dale and his crew. Thank you!

Mrs. Knapp explained that he doesn't replace/repair steep roofs any more. She did recommend another roofing company.

Mr. Knapp arrived exactly on time to inspect and write an estimate of the job. His office responded next day day with a verbal estimate and a written estimate arrived next day. After reviewing his and other estimates I called his office and scheduled the work. He and his employee arrived on the agreed upon time and proceeded to work. Less than 8 hours later the work was completed and the area cleaned and swept of any nails or debris. I inspected the area and found it cleaner then when they started.

They came out within a couple of days after I called them. I had a friend who had them do work for him, and I didn't go to anybody else. Their responsiveness was excellent.

We have had two roofs installed by Knapp. We were completely satisfied by all aspects of the work, including the price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
