They showed up on time and they're actually cheaper than I expected and they're very good about clean up; there's a lot of nesting and stuff when they were done it was all over my backyard. He actually took the time to make sure he picked everything up and very clean about it too so it was fine.

Excellent experience from the woman who took our call to the final payment. It was determined there was a raccoon in the attic of our mother's house. Jeff answered many questions very patiently and with good information. He explained to our mother exactly what to expect from them while they were working on her house. He set a trap for several weeks and checked it daily until he determined the raccoon had moved on. He had given us estimates on necessary repairs to the damage caused by critters. (He said it appeared this was not the first resident up there, and we're quite sure that was true.) He wasn't pushy trying to sell us anything. He told us the pros and cons of everything and left it up to us to decide what to do. We arranged for repairs to the entry points, replacement of insulation and repairs/replacements of openings around the outside of the house. Different employees did that work, and they were wonderful as well. All the work was done in a timely manner and very professionally, and they cleaned up extremely well after they were done. (My sister and I joked that it was probably cleaner than when they arrived.) In addition to the employees doing a tremendous job, they were also very kind and patient with our mother who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. That is unrelated to their work, but it was very much appreciated, and it shows the kind of people they are. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff from Critter Control came for two separate visits. The first visit in October was for woodpecker control. He inspected two holes--one high up on the wood siding and another lower down. He repaired the holes and even painted the siding! He was very knowledgeable about woodpecker habits and gave excellent advice to prevent future damage. The second visit in November was for mice control. Jeff thoroughly inspected our basement, attic above the garage and outside perimeter of the house. He put mice bait in the basement and attic and gave me a detailed list of possible areas where the mice were gaining access and the cost to repair this. Again, he was very knowledgeable about mice (and quot;A mouse poops about every seven seconds.and quot;!) as well as being friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Critter Control again and would highly recommend them to others.

It's a private company. They were prompt and came by daily to check the thrash. Once the animal was trapped they came and collected it. Everything was good. They left the trap, although unset, in the yard after they collected the animal and I had to call several times for them to come and collect it.
