Fantastic. The cleaning people cleaned things and places that I would have never thought to be on their list.

They sent two employees to clean my 3400 sq ft home. Took them 3 1/2 hours. They were very thorough and my house looked great. I have them come every fourth Tuesday now. I highly recommend having them give you a quote and bring them in at least once. No contract to sign so if you don't like their service after the first time, you aren't obligated any further. But trust me, you will have them back

Everything went fine until they sat a red fountain soda on my white carpet and it spilled. Now I have a stain and trying to get it cleaned is quite the headache. Holly is rude and unhelpful. She basically called me a liar both on the phone and to my face when she came to look at the carpet. She wouldn't believe me that the soda was sitting on the floor. She kept insisting it was sitting in a bucket. She finally did believe me however when I showed her a picture of it sitting on my carpet spilled. She told me I'd be getting a refund and my carpet cleaned. It's now been two weeks and neither has happened yet. I contacted her again today and she again is very rude and today tells me that she doesn't know if I'm getting a refund or not. I finally called the corporate office. They were very nice and he promised to have this all handled today. The price is very good for a house and I would of been happy to use them again until the stain happened. My advice is to look elsewhere for cleaners.

They, especially Holly were excellent. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and also the entry-way tile. What I liked is that I had triplets and they were great about sending the same team all the time so the same people would be around the kids. They did a fantastic job and came once every three weeks. I was comfortable having them in my home and had given them the garage door code. I would recommend their services to others.

Cottage Care have been really good so far. They come every other week. The cost depends on what size your house is. They are here on time, they always do what they've been told to do. If I want them to do something extra, they do it. They are very polite. I am very satisfied with their work.

They are very detailed oriented. After my first cleaning, I decided to have them come monthly. We have had them come about 5 months now. There was only one time that I had a minor complaint. I talked to the boss and she was very apologetic, she would have sent them back out, but it was really a minor thing that took me less than 10 minutes to fix. I have tried numerous cleaning companies, this one by far outshines the others. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Cottage Care originally to clean my house, top to bottom. Over a period of time I did have one gal after another who would come and clean, but eventually I did have a gal stay and she did do a very nice job. she too, after awhile quit the company and since then I have been cleaning my house myself. I did get rather annoyed that the gals would leave after I was finally able to and quot;trainand quot; them to my standards. Management kept trying, but for some reason the staff wasn't happy or got better paying jobs. I might consider them again, but I would need some type of commitment from the management that they could find someone who would staff and do the job that I require.

I am satisfied with their care. Their price is a little high but they are competitive. They are really good to work with. I would recommend them.

I had this service preformed twice. The first time, the lady was at my home for 4 hours and did a good job of getting everything clean. The $97 was a discounted price for a first time clean found on their website. The second time I had them come, The price was suppose to have been $117, but i had a coupon, so it was $97 agian. This time the lady was only here for two hours and did a really poor job. I complained to the manager and she had someone comback on a different day and do the missed cleaning. I was told by both ladies that two hours was all that they would spend cleaning my house. That would come out to $58.50 an hour at the regular rate. I was not willing to have them back again.

I called and spoke to the owner. Told her that we were getting ready to put the house on the market and I needed to have the house cleaned accordingly. Told her it was a 3000 sq. ft. house with all hardwood floors, except the kitchen and bath (linoleum), entryway and master bath and half bath (tile). Appointment was regularly scheduled for 1, but she called asking to move it to 9:30. That was fine, but I had an appointment at 10. I left at 9:45 and the cleaning crew had not shown up yet. Apparently the crew showed up right after I left. I tried to stay out of their way. They finished up about 3 and I needed to pick up my grandson from daycare, so I was a little plressed for time. Owner shows up to examine the house, asks me what I think (at this point I really didn't care as I was late picking up grandson), so I told her it was fine. Came home and went through the house to actually look at the work performed. The kitchen hallway floor looked as if it hadn't been touched (the were still dirty footprints there from the day before) . The hardwood floors were NOT cleaned ( I ran a wet rag on them and it was black). The master bath was completely cleaned (outside of tub was still filthy). Entryway floor was NOT cleaned at all. I spent the next 2 days re-doing the job I paid them for.

They are very good. I have been very satisfied with them.

All the girls do a good job. They do whatever I ask them to do. I will keep using them.

I have a black lab and so there is black dog hair all over my house which is the primary reason I needed help. After the first visit (while I was at work) there were several issues which I reported back to the manager: missed cobwebs in kitchen, items not placed back as they were, stairs not vacuumed, stair base boards not swept, shower head/knob not cleaned, stainless steel appliances not polished, etc. They came back about 4 weeks later for the same service and the results were not any better. I will not be bringing them back in for a third round. Sinks, toilets, tubs, mirrors were fine. For the price, I expected a lot more.

I do have a very large house. I have five bedrooms, three and half bath home with lots of floor space in every room. I really like them because they use environment friendly products and that makes it comfortable with children and pets. They do accept cheques and they are insured and that shows the higher level of credibility. I would rate them high overall. They are expensive but they have a high quality product too. They have been awesome. I would use them again in the future. I have booked them already.

Spoke with a central scheduling office to arrange for the cleaning visit. Lady who scheduled the appointment was very professional and explained the services to be provided in great detail. I had to mention the 30% first visit discount in order to receive the discount (as advertised on their website). Was able to schedule the visit for later that week. Day of visit, I received a call from the manager telling me that the cleaning lady might be running late as she had another cleaning visit before mine (scheduled for between 12-1pm). Cleaning lady did not show up until 2pm but was polite and quietly went about her work as I remained in the home. She finished at about 4pm (my home is small), at which time the manager showed up to my home to inspect her work. Manager very friendly and professional and stated that she would refund me the entire costs if I was not satisfied and if I called within 24 hours. Manager stated she would call me within 48 hours to follow up to see if I was satisfied, but I never received a call from her. Upon close inspection, found home to be cleaned adequately, but some cobwebs missed and one of the bathroom's tubs was not cleaned at all. Not a stellar job, but not horrible either. I plan to try another company to see how the competition compares.
