They are going to do the work next week because of a lot of rain that we were having. Their quote was real good for what they are going to do and we so far very pleased. We actually know the owner and he is a really nice guy and also very professional.

I have used them on more than one occasion. They do a good job and I would use them again.

I called Chambers on a Friday to request an estimate. Bill—the “son” part of the company— was friendly and responsive and promised to come Monday evening to discuss and measure. Bill arrived as scheduled. The estimate arrived by mail on Wednesday. On Monday, 01 Aug, I called and left a message accepting the bid. Bill quickly called back, was very appreciative of having been selected, and promised to call when he could give a firm start date, anticipated to be in about three weeks. He made that call on Friday, 18 Aug, saying they would start on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Bill and his crew of three arrived Tuesday morning and spent seven consecutive week days from 8:30AM to 3:30PM (roughly) to complete the project. Bill was there full time and dad checked in every day, sometimes more than once. The walls were well engineered with proper foundations and drainage. The work site was tidied up at the end of every day and tools and equipment were removed from the front of the house or from the site entirely. During construction, Bill verified design decisions and accepted direction. He was always willing to discuss anything about the project. At completion, cleanup was thorough and the soil, seed and straw spread around the structures quickly turned green. Chambers mailed an invoice after completion—for less than the estimate—and gave 30-days to pay. We are very pleased with the greatly improved appearance of the house and quite satisfied with the entire project. The Chambers experience exemplifies what a homeowner hopes for in a contractor.

The first meeting went very well with Mr. Chambers suggesting various design options. The installation was timely, very professional and the work was beyond our expectations.
