 + -1 moreEverything was completed as promised and the service was terrific. I received personal service and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
Description of Work: I am in the process of selling my mother's house. There is a second showing scheduled and I needed the carpets cleaned asap. I do not reside in the same city as my mother's home. I contacted B&N and coordinated the cleaning by phone. Everyone was extremely helpful. I received an update immediately after the service was completed. My husband and I traveled to the house the next day. We are very impressed the results. I would definately use this company again!

Description of Work: The valve on a newly installed in-coming water line failed and flooded part of basement at approximately 6PM on a Wednesday night. I called B&N and they arrived at 7AM the next morning to clean up water and dry out basement. Did a fantastic job. I have also used B&N for approximately 6 years for carpet cleaning at two different homes and they always do a great job for a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreBob and his wife run a great business. They are easy to schedule, prompt and efficient. They arrived on time and Bob introduced his assistant. The carpet was cleaned quickly and correctly. We have used them for several years after a friends recommendation and are happy to recommend them here!
Description of Work: They cleaned our family room carpet and did a special clean on our round oriental rug that had been stained by our previous dog.
