It went very smoothly.

Excellent work, very high quality. Very prompt service, the office called me to let me know their service technicians were on their way. The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional and friendly. I will call Arnold & Sons for all my future plumbing needs. Definitely recommend this company.

We had a leak coming from the furnace area for a couple of days. I called Arnold and Sons and they were able to come out within 6 hours to look at it. The gentlemen were extremely professional and concerned with our home. They immediately put shoe covers on before walking on our floors or carpeting. They checked the furnace, water heater and a/c and determined the cause of the leak. This was done quickly and efficiently. Nothing else was needed and they were able to finish within 30 minutes. I will use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I was quoted $1,255 to replace and install my new water heater (40-gal). I was concerned because the utility room is right off my family room in the lower level of my house - and the carpet was getting soaked despite my efforts of using the shop vac....so I said OK. The price was exorbitant--WAY out of line if you ask me. I'm a senior citizen and received their discount, so I got the water heater and service for $1.162.00 - still....WAY TOO MUCH. Shop around before you use this company. I would have been better off (and richer) if I would have just checked into a hotel and called my regular guys on Monday AND had the carpet cleaned! This company is stupidly expensive.

Arnold Plumbing (Mark) did an excellent job. He not only provided the service I initially requested; but repaired / replaced several extra problems I was experiencing. Mark was very professional, answered all of my questions and offered explanations for problems with my plumbing; and cleaned up after himself. When I called to schedule the appointment, Jennifer answered the telephone in a very professional and friendly manner; and explained the procedure for using the services from Arnold Plumbing.

had to remove and repalce paneling plus install new pipe. Pipe is a better quality that won't freeze because it does not accumulate water unless hose is attached outside. Paneling square had to be cut out an drepalced. It was done as well as possible in an older house.

Owned this home for 4 years; called when we relocated here to have a minor repair made on hot water heater...inexpensive and prompt. This time, we called after hours and had a tech on the phone within the half hour. The tech on the phone mentioned that there was a $200 coupon in the local paper, my husband went searching for said paper. No luck. When office staff called the following day, inability to find coupon was mentioned, office staff said they could only honor coupon if we had it in had. I expressed my frustration, but continued with service appointment. Office staff called back within 15 minutes and indicated that the "owner" said that they'd honor the $200 off. Tech arrived very timely but also at the same time we had another professional appointment scheduled. He looked things over, wrote an estimate and although it seemed high, he continued to mention that the A.O. Smith water heaters are top of the line and the only water heaters they have on the truck. Current water heater was spewing water all over and a big mess, so estimate was approved...for $1100.00. When my my husband came home, we went online to search the price of this water heater and we've found it anywhere from $388.00 to $688.00. Needless to say, we feel that we were grossly overcharged for this water heater and taken advantage of. My husband will be calling tomorrow to see if this company will be able to justify an almost 100% mark up on this product. Additionally, the bill I was given was not itemized. No way to know what was charged for service, removal of the old water heater and installation.
