The housecleaning was long term and I was fairly happy with the service as the cleaners were reliable, punctual, and the service was not overly expensive. There were, however many ongoing problems. The cleaners changed continuously, and the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning changed alongside the cleaners. Some were rude, others were on their phones all the time. I did tolerate this as the service was fair overall. There were a lot of expensive breakages over a short period of time which is why I finally ended the service. Management took no accountability for the breakages and no reimbursement was forthcoming. I found this attitude unprofessional. The carpet and tile cleaning was not good. The carpets did not look, feel, or smell clean and the tiles quickly became discolored even though they were supposedly sealed. I would not recommend this company.

We paid for a "deep" cleaning. The carpet cleaning was performed by one person and we were happy with how the carpets looked. The "deep" cleaning was performed by a separate crew. I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my house. Many spots were missed. I was charged A LOT of money for my house to be cleaned top to bottom. We walked through the house with the cleaning crew and caught a few things before they left. But, I caught so many missed spots throughout the next week. My wood floor was still dirty...Scuff marks weren't cleaned up, paper towel came up dirty when I wiped up a water spill, etc. Almost all light fixtures weren't touched, still had hair in a bathtub and random cabinets were not wiped out. The cleaning crew was very late and the man cleaning our carpets arrived hours early. The manager offered to send out a crew to clean spots that were missed but I have no interest in this company coming back into my house. I am using another cleaning service.
