Description of Work: Found this clown in the phone book under Tri-County Handyman Service & More to power wash our house and deck. Dan Converse came out to our house, gave us and an estimate. We hired him to do the job. We paid him $200 as a down payment and then $600 after completion. Took him almost 3 weeks to complete job. Said he was sick and wanted to be on the job himself. Finally two guys show up, no DAN CONVERSE, with a power washer, extension ladder, and a gas can. They power washed our house and deck. Did a horrible job and damaged our deck on soffit. The house and deck is still dirty! Called Dan about this, he said he would come out and look at it, he never did show up. My husband called him, got a hold of him, told my husband same story, never showed again. We called him a few more times, finally told him we are contacting an attorney, no response. We are taking him to small claims court.

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to power wash our house and deck. Found this so called company in the phone book. Called the so called owner, DAN CONVERSE, 2021 E. Harvard Ave., Peoria Heights, IL 61614 Cell phone #309-648-9834, he came out gave me and estimate. We hired him to do the job. Paid him $200 up front. Didn't show up, called him, didn't return my call, had to call again, finally called back and said he was sick and he wanted to be present on the job site. Two weeks pass, finally two guys show with a power washer, gas can and an extension ladder. NO DAN CONVERSE!!!! These guys did an HORRIBLE job! They were hired to power wash our house and deck! House and deck are still dirty. Their ladder dented our soffit and the power washer scratched up our deck! I called Dan and told him about it. He said he would come out and look at it. NEVER called me back or showed up. My husband called him and got a hold of him, told my husband same thing, but never showed up. We called him one more time and told him we are getting a lawyer. NO RESPONSE! We are going to take him to small claims court to try to stop him from doing this to other people. He is a CROOK and a LIAR!!!!!! He has several "businesses" that have him as the owner. Tri-County Concrete, All Around Lawn Care, All Around Sewer & Drain Business, Massey Landscaping, Peoria Power Washing. He had me make the checks out to him personally also. He said it had to be done that way for tax purposes.
