Greg did an amazing job! He had an extremely fast response time! He completed an extremely difficult job of cutting down a giant Bradford Pear tree in my backyard. The tree was extremely close to my garage, as well, as my neighbors. My backyard is very small, so he had very little room to maneuver to cut the tree down and he navigated these obstacles with extreme care. He and Merlin did such a wonderful job, they cleaned up and even came back to help with additional work I requested to help level my backyard to get ready for new landscaping, etc. He also helped fix some drainage issues in the backyard! I highly recommend this company!

Mr. Bennett and his crew trimmed branches from three trees so limbs weren't hanging over power lines, or our roof. and were also thinned out. They also removed a damaged limb that was possibly hit by lightening.  The trees were bare by the time they could get us in their schedule so I'm not sure how they will look with foliage, but they cut alot off.  Mr. Bennett has won local business awards and seems quite knowledgeable.

We were extremely happy with the service Greg and his crew provided.  They did exactly what he promised, even worked in the rain to make sure he completed the job in 2 consecutive days.
Greg even went to my neighbor so they would not be alarmed and explained how he was going to trim the tree that had a large branch hanging over their house.
Two of the trees he cut down were not in an easy location to work on.  One was between two houses and also between two other trees that remained.  The other tree was in the back corner of my yard behind my shed - no trouble for them to remove without any damage to the surroundings.
The cleanup was perfect.  I came home from work during lunch to see how things were going the first day and thought I was going to have a lot of clean up to do on my own once he was finished but I was completely wrong.  They had EVERYTHING cleaned up - even the crab apples that covered the ground as they cut down one of the trees were cleaned up.
I would recommend Bennett & Sons Tree Service to my own mom - you can't get a better recommendation then that.

Greg and his crew showed up on time and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The stumps were ground completely and both trimmed trees look good. I had to follow up several times to make sure I was on his schedule but that's true for almost every contractor during their busy season. I would use his services again in the future.

I contacted several companies to remove a large, dead, maple from my front yard (including stump removal).  While other companies were difficult to make contact with and schedule an estimate, Bennett & Sons were extremely prompt in their response to my inquiry.  Greg came out and gave me a simple, straight forward estimate.  He left a message when I didn't answer the first time he called and made a follow up phonecall after that.
After finally getting estimates from other companies, Greg's estimate was the cheapest.  In addition, I was much more comfortable with the level of service I received - simply during the estimate - with Greg than I was with the other companies.  I called to schedule the work on Monday and he told me he would be out on Wednesday/Thursday to complete the work.  Due to the rain/thunderstorms, the work was pushed back to Thursday/Friday.  As I was out of town for work that week, I had expected the work to be done by the time I got home Thursday.  Greg knew this and he made it a point to contact me to let me know of the delay and to apologize for the mess that was in the yard still.  He assured me he would be out Friday to complete the work.
Greg returned Friday and did a superb job!  His equipment was obviously well maintained.  The clean up was so impressive that you could barely tell a tree had been there.  In fact, I believe my driveway was cleaner after he left than it was before he arrived to do the work!  I would (and actually already have) recommend Bennett & Sons for anyone who is looking to have a tree removed. 

The job went great. Greg is very professional and very qualified to do any type of tree service you ask him to do. On the second day of the job he was a man short because of a no show. Even with being one man down they got the job done. This impressed me very much considering this was a lot of work for two people to do. But they got it done, and i was very pleased with the work and amazed that two people could do what they did in the time they did it in. If i every need a tree service again BENNETT & SONS TREE SERVICE is on my speed dial!

Greg was great by explaining what he was going to do and why. He trimmed 3 maples off the roofline and removed dead wood from the trees.  He also trimmed back a large tulip tree in the backyard.  He had to remove a panel of our chained link fence to get equipment in the backyard.  He was very considerate of our dogs and put the fence back together after his team completed.  He also trimmed the bottom of two other trees (that were not in the original quote) as a favor.  HIs team was professional and they cleaned up and removed all the limbs, branches, and raked up the small sticks and leaves.  Considering it was a holiday and 100 degrees, I was impressed by the way they "got the job done".  I will use them for future tree trimming.

Greg Bennett did an excellent job of removing a large tree in the backyard. He is friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable about his profession. The tree came down in less than an hour, and the clean up was fantastic. When I went back to look at their work, I was extremely pleased to see that the vegetation was not disturbed, the tree was gone, and except for a few tire marks in the grass (that you would expect), you wouldn't even know work had been done. I would definitely recommend Greg Bennett Tree Service.
