The price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. They took the old furnace away and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciated that they didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. They took the time to figure out what my needs were, and made sure I got what best fit those needs.

Excellent. I have been using Armstrong for the past firve years to service my AC and heating system. Both are a Trane and were installed in 2005 with a warranty. I have been pleased with the professional service and prompt arrival of the techs to preform the semi-annual check ups. This service costs but is well worth the peace of mind if something would go wrong. Like an insurance policy for the heating system.

We have used Armstrong for many years for occasional service on our boiler heating system as well as the a/c system. When the a/c failed this spring (installed 1973), Armstrong suggested that an $800 repair made little sense on a unit that old. They quoted about $5400 for total replacement, including work on the ducting system. We agreed, and they ordered the equipment. When it arrived several days later, they started the work immediately, and finished in two and a half days. Most of the time was spent on rerouting the attic ductwork. Everything was installed as agreed, and has been working perfectly. The four employees we met during the process were all professional and courteous.

It was hot out and they were there within six hours. I don’t know about the price right now. I wasn’t a part of that but the quality of their work was good.

.They are get in and do what they say they are going to do and get out. They are very good. Price is very reasonable.

Start to finish things went wonderful. He showed up on time. He was very good. There were couple of issues I had thought of and he resolved them all. Then it worked out fine.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I definitely won't ever use them again. I used to use them often.

We talked for a long time. They were very, very professional and very knowledgeable on furnaces and air conditioning. They wrote a very professional estimate on what they would do. I don?t know yet whether I?d be using their services or not.

Very positive experience. Amstrong sold this system to me 12 years ago and this is only the second service call that I have needed. Great company with great employees.

They were recommended and the service guy was really nice. They had to come back twice because they didn?t have the fans in stock. However they didn?t charge me for the fan. I would use them again in future.
