 + -1 moreI should have known not to use these guys when their marketing tagline was "We promise to smell good and make you smile." Not exactly the criteria by which plumbers should be evaluated. I had two days of late night meetings and my wife just wanted the dryer working. Trouble Free Plumbing charged $80 to look at it, and $110 to finish it. The coupler cost $4.58 at True Value. Don't waste your money on these guys, they are not worth the service they provide, and they did not hook up the dryer vent, when we called back we were told they would charge us for another job (a secretary did call back and said they'd come back and not charge - but by then my wife had finished it). And, no, they did not smell good and we weren't smiling when the job was done. We just felt like we were robbed.
Description of Work: We had just moved to a new home and needed our gas dryer hooked up. It required a coupler, some thread compound and tape.
