TOPLESS TREE SERVICE

This team couldn't have been better. I was in fear because the tree split and was hanging over my daughter's bedroom. Any wind would have knocked it right down on the house. Bobby Mans, owner, gave me an estimate in writing, waited for the insurance money, and worked hard not to go over the allotted time. He did the initial cuts and realized that the tree needed more than what was originally stated and still did the work within the timeframe we worked out. His team is a real team. They are fast and motivated. I will not hesitate to use them again or refer to everyone.

They cut off a few branches, refused to drop the tree trunk as agreed upon. The owner, who had quoted the price, there were 6 people there when he gave the price for the work supposed to be done, his crew showed up a couple of weks later, dropped some branches and left. Calls to the owner showed a lack of concern and professionalism. He claimed he never agreed to drop the trunk, but there were 6 adults there who heard his promise to drop it all.
