San Juan Pools & Spas

San Juan Pools and Spas are outstanding. Their professionalism, courtesy, and no high-pressure sales tactics are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and very, very hardworking. Prices are good, it is not sheet of high quality, but it is in line with reasonable pricing.

I would not recommend them. The lady on the phone was nice, but they didn't do anything.

Very professional an knowledgable. Only mistake I made was not listening to ALL of their reccomendations. They have done a lot of pools and really know better than you do. While a little more expensive than others, you do not have to worry about the installation in any way. Well worth the cost. Would highly reccomend.

The thermostat quit working on our hot tub that was originally purchased at San Juan's aprox. 5 years ago. They told us they had one in stock and it was an easy install, you just remove the filter and plug it in. We drained the hot tub and removed the filter and no thermostat. We looked online and discovered you have to remove the outer panel. So following online instructions we found the thermostat......which looked nothing like the new one we had purchased. We called San Juan, who said we had the right one, we must be doing something wrong. We told them we found, online, the correct one we should have. He finally admitted they sold us the wrong one.So, even though we purchased the hot tub from them and they have all our info they sold us the wrong thermostat and the service guys that have the one we needed wouldn't be back until Mon. So they told us to refit the connectors, which didn't work and now we can't return for a refund. We asked if someone could run out to the service man's house and get the correct thermostat, since they were at fault for selling us the wrong one, telling us the wrong way to install it, and basically junking the one we had already purchased. We only had that one day off work to fix it. They then got very snotty and told us it wasn't their problem and since the internet was so helpful, next time just order from them. We were very surprised at their rudeness and unprofessionalism. Since we didn't have time to wait for one in the mail we went to The Great Escape in Peoria. The salesman there was very nice and immediately new what thermostat we needed. No more San Juan for us.
