+ -1 moreThe workmen that made the delivery were very polite and made sure I understood how to operate the machines. They took away my old machines for no charge.
Description of Work: This is a small family owned business. They are kind and helpful with information re. washers and dryers. After I decided on the set I wanted to purchase they set up a delivery date. They delivered it within a couple of days.

+ -1 moreWe have used Neil's Appliance and TV for years. He is always very good, always fixes what the problem is. Gary has been with Neil's for years. Even if we don't buy the appliance from Neil's, we call him to come out and fix it because he is so good. He even came back to fix the tear in the gasket free of charge. He just stopped by the next day and took care of it. He is reliable and we trust him not to take us to the cleaners. My Mother also uses them and really likes them.
Description of Work: We had a repair on our washing machine. We had a plugged pump and a tear in a rubber gasket.
