Description of Work: We wanted to bring the washer and dryer up from the basement. We met with Kelly construction showing us how we could rework a closet for the laundry. They gave us a reasonable estimate. Work was done and we are very pleased with what was done and the staff at Kelly.

Description of Work: Had a roofing and deck sealing job contracted. Workers arrived totally unprepared as to what needed to be done on the roof. The person assigned to do the deck looked like he just crawled out of bed. Deck job was completely botched but the company fixed it. The deck was a one hour job that turned into a nine hour job. Communication was horrible. Only reason I'm not giving them an "F" is because the guy who did the roof actually knew what he was doing.

One of the alumni of the fraternity reviewed the estimate and if we had moved forward with the project Kelley would have have been the co we would have gone with. Unfortunately the job was a little more than we expected and financing could not be established.

We are not considering their estimate because of a different estimate that we received from a different company. Also, we need wood siding and they provided an estimate for vinyl siding. Wood siding is not something they do.

 + -1 moreThey had a very nice crew. all young men which made me doubtful but they did a great job there was a few things I wasn't happy with but they corrected them and when they finished the job the owner told me to walk arund the house to make sure there wasn't any holes and I was satisfied so I did that and I was very pleased.
Description of Work: They installed a new roof on my house they had to remove 3 layers and then installed the new roof.
