James was VERY nice and was able to build new steps to my deck for a very reasonable price that were better than the ones that had originally been there. I will be using him again in the future for more projects for sure!

Once this job was complete, there is no way I'm going to hire anybody else to install any interior or exterior doors. These guys were professional, thorough and clean.

James did an excellent job installing 6 interior doors and a step/platform in my garage. He removed all of the old doors and disposed of them and cleaned up around the area where he was working when he was finished.I would call him again if I have any projects in the future.

I hired James Flanagan Construction to replace 5 interior doors and to paint my 8 double sets of louvered closet doors and place trim around the door openings. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They were very personable, professional and detail oriented perfectionists. Iâ m so pleased with the job they did. I will definitely be calling them again.

If you need a door repair, door installed, frame work around the door and entryway floor repair, James Flanigan construction is the way to go. Man knows what he is doing. Quotes you a price, writes you up a bill of sale and gets started. Shows up on time and gets the job finished. Definitely would recommend.

James is great....good communication, when ramp was delayed from manufacturer...got to it quick after that and did a great job, plus he's a nice dude...and I don't take things like this lightly, being a temp. handicapped IBEW 34 electrician....thx James

I hired James Flanigan to paint my living room with vaulted ceilings, paint out the trim white, tack and caulk the existing trim in the dining room and cut, tack and paint trim in the entryway. James and Amy worked hard and we communicated well on project details. The rooms look great, I would recommend them!!

I would never recommend hiring James to anyone. We hired them to replace 6 doors in our basement in our **50s home (not a **simple** job, but nothing crazy). While he seemed courteous and kind when he came out for the initial measurements/quote, the project itself could best be described as **extremely frustrating** and **overall disappointing**. After 2 weeks of on-and-off work (yes, 2 weeks for 6 doors), James had still not completed the project. He would arrive around 10a and would leave around 2p most days. But if it was raining, he wouldnt come. (Other than cutting the doors, this was an indoor project.) After the 2 weeks, locks werent on, doors werent finished being painted, one door wouldnt even close, and I respectfully requested that the project be completed the next day after my wife gave them their final payment. Rather than return the next day, we never heard from James again. They took the final check and ran. My wife and I were left to chisel out the lock plates ourselves, finish painting the doors, install locks, clean up screws and dust still left on the floor, and fix a door that wouldnt close because the holes for the screws had been completely stripped. We never said anything over the course of those 2 weeks about the pace of the project as we wanted to let them work, but looking back, this has been absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself frustration, time, and work for yourself. Dont hire James.
