Exterior & Interior Painting Specialists

We hired them to start painting the inside of our home on May 24, 2018. On May 24, they texted us and said they were not coming due to being "behind" on another job and would come the next day. On May 25, they texted again and said they "didn't get the previous job done" and would start May 26. On May 26, they never called, texted, or showed up. WE contacted them around 9:00 A,M, and they texted us and said "due to weather and other circumstances" they were not coming again. They told us they didn't know when they would start and would contact us with a two day notice. We fired them. We have 3 kids, arranged our schedules, and I took vacation to be home for the painters. THEY scheduled us to start on May 24 in the beginning of April. This job had been scheduled for weeks and then they gave either a last minute notice and no notice. Now I have to start all over finding a painter. This is poor business ethics and I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not trustworthy to start a job when they say they will start the job. This was after meeting with them at our home the week of the job and picking colors. Then, when we met, they changed the price of our original quote. Beware of this company.

After contacting Darrin, he came to my home to meet with me for an estimate. During the estimate process, he was very thorough in asking questions to make sure he understood my needs as well as providing me with information to make sure that I understood the process as well. Once I had signed off on the quote, I scheduled the work and painting began within two weeks. Jesse and Tia were the painters for my job and Jesse was supervising. He made sure he communicated with me at start of each day and the end of each day with what was going to be done and with what had been done so there was never a question about progress. If there were times between that I needed to be informed of, Jesse made sure to contact me promptly. I was, and still am, very pleased with the work done and will certainly hire them again in the future for other work. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality of work! Darrin responded quickly when we initially contacted him. He came out and explained everything and we were impressed with his professional presentation. We are very happy with the completed work and would definitely hire them again. Jose was also especially conscientious and wanted to make sure we were completely happy.

He was always prompt, courteous, and professional. His pricing was fair and guaranteed. He came back and touched up a problem crack area without any extra cost. This painter was great! We had another painter who stopped showing up for the job, so we had Darrin come out and quote the job to finish the work. He didn't start over from scratch, but almost. They scraped, primed and painted with a sprayer. Did a lot of detailed painting with brushes of the windows and accents on a 1900 home. This was a 3 story home too. They have a guarantee that if you see any problems they will come back and fix it. There were some spots we noticed after they had left, but we thought it was a small enough job we could touch it up really quickly. He is wonderful to work with for payments too. We were $700 short from his bid so he let us split that into 4 monthly payments after the job had already been completed. Wonderful guy and would definitely use again.

I was looking for estimates to have the exterior of my home painted. I found an ad in the newspaper for a christian based painting company. When I called the number provided, I reached a voice mail letting me know that all calls would be returned after 3:30p. I received a callback as promised and an estimate was scheduled for the next day. Darrin arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of the work that would be done. He also provided a brochure detailing his work experience and procedures. I was very impressed with his professional attitude and the pride he had in his company. We agreed on a start date but due to weather constraints there were a few delays which could not be avoided since this was an outside job. I was kept updated when changes were necessary. The work was completed in a 2 day time frame. The job site was left in the same condition it was found in at the end of each work day. Any questions or concerns I had were explained or immediately cared for. And Darrin provided a 5 year guarantee on the work he preformed! He did a wonderful job and my house looks great! I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend this company.
