I could not have been happier with the entire process of having a new roof put on. The owner, Dustin, might seem laid back, but he definitely has the customers best interest in mind when he bids a job and gives recommendations. He is not pushy. I did have a little hail damage and he even came and assisted me when the insurance adjuster came. Dustin helped me get the best settlement with the insurance company. I did get several bids which were very close in price, but the main reason I selected his company is because he had done work for a couple of my neighbors who recommended his company. I now see why they did, as now I am happy to recommend his company. He thought my roof would take 1 1/2 days, but his workers got it done in 1 day. They did not rush through the job, they just worked diligently. Even though Dustin has a job foreman, he personally was present at the start of the job, the end of the job and several times during the day making sure the quality of the work was being done. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! ....

Excellent - One miscommunication was quickly resolved. Job was scheduled around weather and timing ended up working perfect. Crew of 7 were polite and did excellent work. Management was always available. Highly recommend.

They didn't come in the longest time for estimate, I had to call again. They didn't enter me in their computer after someone did come. It took them a month to do the neighbors house and it should have been 2 days tops

We know very little about roofing but Bruce took a lot of time and explained everything they were going to do. They could not give an exact starting date but asked us for days we would be home for the next six weeks. They called one day and said they could start the next day about 7 am. Also asked about using our newly poured driveway and we told them no heavy truck but a dumpster was OK. They arrived promptly and completed the job in one day. The crew spent a lot of time with magnets, brooms and other equipment to do a very good job cleaning up.

Excellent work. We would hire them again to do any and all work on our home.

We have a lot of roof though and it was taking off the roof. Sometimes they don't take the roof off and that's a big distinction because that will take a lot of their labor. But unfortunately if you don't take them off it can void the warranty and you can never do that more than once. So it is better for them to take it off so they can see if there's any problem. They did a complete tear off and we did have one problem and we didn't mention it to him but he found it by just walking on the roof. They really know their business when it comes to that. They are really good at inspecting things like that. He helps you pick out colors, he would tell you about houses that he has done. He was pretty forward with you if he thought something didn't look right or something did which was our case. I thought I wanted something else and he said he didn't think so. We ended up going with his selection and I'm happy that we did. They cleaned up everyday, the specifically had things that they used to collect all the nails so you don't have nails in your yard and they were very clean and picked up everyday. They were reasonable compared to others; some of them were quite high and some of them quite low. He was low enough that we had to go from a 25 year old roof to a 50 year roof pretty much for the same cost.

We had a storm which caused damage and water started to leak in. They did a good job and we have recommended them to others.

I found a better quality door than the one they proposed.

We recieved 2 different bids for each house and Ekhoff buliders was alot higher then other company. But they where great to work with during the bid...nice guy that gave us the bid. We compared apples to apples and we went with other company only off price difference.

The work was done on time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Honest and good workmanship...

Two people recommended Bruce to replace my roof. The job was done in a couple of days and everything was cleaned up completely. My retired neighbor watched and was very impressed. In the fall of 2010, I was mowing the back yard and noticed that there was a bump on my roof. Dustin came out to look at the roof and said there was a board that should have been replaced. On a weekend, two workers came out and replaced the bad board and the shingles around it (using some extras). No charge!

I had a couple shingles blow off my roof in a corner 3 stories off the ground. The roof is 18 years old so I wanted the roof inspected also to see if I needed other repairs or a new roof. They (Dustin) came out the next day, inspected the roof and quoted me a very reasonable $200 repair bill (labor only, I had extra shingles). I authorized it and they repaired the roof the next day (Wednesday). They also told me that my roof had another 5 years before it needed replacement. I appreciated their honesty--they very well could have told me I needed a new roof now in order to get the business. I will definitely call them when it is time for a new roof. They were prompt and very fairly priced. Let me add this was in mid-January.

I still have leakage around some skylights. They promised to return after we paid the full amount but never did.

Immediately came for estimate, began work when promised and finished work quickly and with excellent cleanup.

Excellent - they had no problem with me poking my nose into what they were doing, cleaned up after each day, didn't damage the landscaping, willing to discuss options on venting, etc. If there would be any additional charges for anything I asked about, they were up-front about letting me know. The in-laws had them do their roof also about 2-3 years previously and they did a great job there also - part of the reason why I chose them. Of all the estimates I had done (three), they were the most informative, willing to discuss options, pricing, etc. and they lived up to their estimate.

In May of 2008 our roof was severely damaged by hail and had to be replaced. Bruce and his team were very professional and efficient with the removal and replacement of 50 squares of shingles. What really impressed me however was Bruce's ethics and professionalism when it came to resolving a problem with our chimney. The chimney had been a problem previously due to poor design by the original home builder. Bruce made two additional visits to identify the root cause of the problem with the chimney. This involved crawling into the attic and observing the source of the leak first hand. It turned out to be a leak in the chimney, not the roofing done by Bruce's team. Bruce demonstrated his ethics and commitment by continuing to work with me to remedy the situation even though the problem was not due to his work.
