I used Coldwell Banker Honig Bell agent Jennifer Bradshaw when purchasing my new home. I am a first time home buyer and needed to rely heavily on my agent's expertise to allow a smooth process. The basement of the home I bought flooded the night before closing. Upon hearing this news at closing, Jennifer had me continue signing papers to complete closing... SO SHE COULD MAKE HER COMMISSION AND MOVE ON. Once closing was finished and I needed to go back to have the seller repair the water damage to my basement, Jennifer could not have been more absent or have cared less about my troubles. She stopped answering and returning my phone calls and voicemails, texts, and emails. She had completely washed her hands of the situation and could not have been more neglectful. When Jennifer had misplaced my home warranty information, she was too unprofessional to contact me (after everything I'd gone through) and had her mother send me a text about my home appliance brand names. These are a couple of quick instances of my horrible experience with Jennifer Bradshaw and Coldwell Banker Honig Bell. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and neglectful they were in my home buying experience. If you are looking for a good agent who cares about their clients throughout the home buying or selling experience, do yourself a favor and AVOID JENNIFER BRADSHAW AND COLDWELL BANKER HONIG BELL. I sent an email to the managing broker at her office in Pekin informing her of my experience with Jennifer. I never heard anything back. It's very apparent to me that Coldwell Banker Honig Bell cares about one thing and one thing only, and that is YOUR MONEY.

I would recommend Coldwell Banker Honig Bell. They keep up to date on what is going on in the market. They are easy to talk to. I will continue to use them.
