+ -1 moreQuality in the past was ok and I continued to use them. For the past 6 months, I've been trying to get a return phone call from them with no luck. They kept saying "I'll have to check with Michael as we're very busy"...but then they never got back to me, despite repeated attempts. I called in October trying to get something lined up for a spring pruning. And then I called back every month. Unfortunate. Incredibly unprofessional and poor service for a customer that had been with them for 10 years. I've gone elsewhere.
Description of Work: I have used Alive Tree Care since 2005. They would prune the trees on our wooded lot every few years. The dates and dollar amounts are estimates since we've used them on several occasions.

+ -1 moreMichael and his wife are both very knowledgeable and professional. They always give us honest advice - even telling us last year to stop trying to save one of our trees, that is was a lost cause. Some companies could have kept taking our money to keep trying to treat it. Michael showed us why the tree was dying a slow death and said not to waste any money - that it was not a curable problem. We appreciate their honesty. They have been able to help with many tree problems over the years and the trees are flourishing.
Description of Work: Latest treatment was for systemic insecticide for trees, but Michael and his wife have provided fertilization, insecticide, and other tree care for years for us.

+ -1 moreThis is a wonderful company. They are knowledgeable, professional, and believe it or not a real person answers the phone. It's so hard to find companies these days that don't act like they're doing you a favor by at the very least returning a phone call let alone actually doing the work. I had contacted 3 other companies and never heard a word from them. They evidently didn't need or want the job. By the way all 3 are here on Angie's List so be careful. I can't say enough good things about Alive Tree Care. They did what they said they would do and exactly when they said they would do it. There was absolutely no mess in my yard. I will definitely use them again and it's too bad there isn't a grade above an A. This company is A++++++
