Devin responded to my voicemail in a timely manner. The first visit was scheduled so he could evaluate the problem and give us an estimate of the cost and time involved. The work was scheduled for the next week. Devin arrived on time for the project and immediately went to work and did not waste time starting. He had all the appropriate tools and supplies to complete the job. He did a good job cleaning up after himself. He was always very friendly and professional. He had explained exactly what he needed to do and he did just that. He maintained a good attitude and we were satisfied with his work. We would not hesitate to use his services again if we had to.

The crew arrived when scheduled. I had expected a mess, but one guy vacuumed while the other broke out the flour. It was not an easy job, 6" floor, sump pit had to be dug in solid limestone, but all went well and they guaranteed that we would not get water.

He arrived early and had most of the job completed before I arrived home. He finished the job in 30 minutes or so. He and his partner were polite and cleaned up any mess. I was very pleased with how it went. I would use them again if a need arose.

We had a total of four estimates for the work that was needed to waterproof one side of our basement. Noah's Ark gave the lowest of the four bids. We asked for references, which were excellent. Communication throughout the process of setting up the estimate, booking the job, and getting answers to our questions was excellent and friendly. The crew was on-time and worked efficiently and thoroughly all the way through to clean-up. The job was nicely done and we are pleased. We highly recommend Noah's Ark Waterproofing.

We decided not to go with them. They were very quick and responding coming out to do an estimate, which was wonderful, and we got the estimate in a timely fashion. But we had a really hard time in getting hold of them, so we ended up going with someone else.
