+ -1 moreEverything went great! Bill was awesome at explaining everything and he looked at absolutely everything even crawling into little spots to check them out. The recap was great. I had never had an inspector do that before. Rather than just sending us a report he met us at the home when he was finished that way he could walk us through everything he had done and any potential problems he had done.
Description of Work: Bill did a full home inspection and a termite inspection on a home my husband and I are purchasing. He was very thorough and professional. He took tons of pictures and walked us around the home to explain his findings afterwards.

+ -1 moreWithin one day of requesting the inspection he emailed me with a time and date of the inspection (later in the week). He sent me a reminder email before him came for the inspection. When I arrived he spent over an hour walking me through the home and grounds telling me of the inspection results. Within a couple of hours that night I was emailed a through explanation of his report with detailed pictures.
Description of Work: Integrity did a through home inspection and termite inspection. After the inspection, the inspector met with both the relator and I and walked us around the home and inside giving a very through review of his findings. He also sent a report to me with pictures, diagrams, and very detailed notes on things he found as well as suggestions on how to fix the problems myself.
