Description of Work: I called for service and the person on the phone was rude and wanted me to look up the information for the survey for him. I dont mind doing the work as it should have been easy to locate; however, he seemed rushed to get me off of the phone and did not seem to care if he helped us or not. Never once did he ask for my name or number, just to get the information and then call back and they might get to us in three months.
