Description of Work: Ted came in and sealed our building. He came in under budget and expalined that he would have to come out for followups and that would beincluded in the price. He was responsive and fixed everying as agreed. I have recommended to 2 other Condo associations for sealing buildings. Ted is professional, reliable and priced fairly.

+ -1 moreOverall it cound not have been smoother. Called me back the same day, estimated the job the next day and after my ok, did the job the first dry day after that.
Description of Work: Replaced two lintals over two third story windows in a brick three flat. Crew did whole job in one day, cleaned up after themselves, packed up and left taking all debris with them.

Description of Work: Ted sealed and tuckpointed our building for a very good price. The problem is we kept getting water into our building after the work was complete. At first, some minor repairs were covered under his warranty but then our building spent thousands more on additional work on two separate occasions. Ted is reluctant to provide paperwork, such as a contract, and you will be lucky to even see a written estimate. He and his workers are unprofessional also, arriving to start work without notice at the crack of dawn to begin work involving chainsaws. Like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Go with a more professional contractor with better ratings.

+ -1 moreThis is the third time Ted and company has tuckpointed our building. The most recent work was done in 2007. The first time was a complete tuckpointing job in 1988. It cost $1,700.00. The second time they rebuilt one of the firewalls on our building. This was in 1993 and cost $1,100.00. He and his crew do very good and neat work.
