Description of Work: Had wood floors installed through Costco's referral program. Floors were poorly installed with nails pulling away the laminated wood. The floor had to be reinstalled which took months.

+ -1 morePrior to having Touch of Beauty clean the carpets I had unsuccessfully tried removing some stubborn pet stains. The service man from Touch of Beauty paid particular attention to those areas and was able to get the stains out. The carpet is beige and the traffic areas were very dark. Now the carpet looks as good as new.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in high traffic areas in the living/dining room and the master bedroom.
