Mr Johnson called me after about 2 weeks saying he had the permit for my porches. I was happy that he obtained the permit so quickly. I asked him if all the elements I requested were included. He asked me ''what elements?'' I said the 10x15 size, the roof overhang, the skylights and the wider stairs. He said that none of those elements were included and he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. He said ''I wasnt able to get the depth but I did stretch the width to 15 ft''. I told him 7 ft deep was not what I wanted and asked him if he had tried to get my preferred depth. He became agitated and said he would go back and get the changes I wanted (meaning he would submit plans for what I requested instead of ignoring all of my requests). I called him back to say I was unhappy with his work. He volunteered to refund my money. NOW, he wants to deduct the charge for a wrong permit and he has not returned my money! When I challenged him he told me to "close my f**ing mouth."
