Description of Work: Job began with remodeling my kitchen. The entire project went very smoothly. Was impressed with the overall detail and the tear down/clean up every day. Very important to my wife. We definitely liked the work and punctuality. Which led to a second project--the resurfacing of our hard wood floors throughout the first floor. Catalin is a visionary, so in addition to the two projects, we were able to redesign our dual-sided fireplace.

+ 4 moreCat is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. He has an eye for details that really show up in the final project. First of all he comes when he says he will and is on time which is very important to most of us. If there was any day that something came up he called right away and kept me informed throughout the project. This did not happen a lot at all, but if he had received an emergency call, then he would call me to say he would be a couple hours late or such. Again, this was not a regular thing. I never thought twice about Cat being in the house alone either. I always had my normal jewelry and things out that are a part of our normal living and I never worried about that. During the project, Cat cleaned up each day to the point that the area was still able to be used which was a plus with a family that had to eat meals, etc. I was impressed the first day when several sheets of plastic went up to keep the dust and other dirt contained to one area as much as possible. Most of all his workmanship is EXCELLENT!! It is just beyond words!! Cat has an immense amount of experience in the design area and always suggests items within your budget. Our friends used him after we did for a total kitchen remodel and it is just gorgeous!!
Description of Work: We found "CAT" while he was doing a total first floor remodel at a neighbors house. "CAT" did a wonderful job at our house on several different smaller projects. We did not want to do a whole kitchen remodel, but did some new granite, backsplash, and added some crown molding to the cabinets. Along with that we added can lights to the kitchen and lower entry area and laundry area, added ceiling fans to the bedrooms and family room, added a new kitchen fixture, and we also had to do some slight finished basement remodeling including doors and replaced our back up sump pump.

Description of Work: Met with the owner to conceptualize the remodeling project. Owner had a background in interior design. Which was a plus for me. Very knowledgeable. Had a vision but also listened to my ideas and thoughts. Wasn't pushy at all. Great to meet someone who had experience in all facets of remodeling. Was able to capture the essence of the project and modify it to suit my budget without losing that look and feel that I wanted. Very creative and had a unique style. Kitchen came out amazing and can't say enough about the dual fireplace that he created. Owner was professional, sensitive to my timelines and definitely someone who took pride in his work. I've referred the company to neighbors, family and friends. They've all been extremely happy with his work. Detail oriented but doesn't get stuck in the details.
