They worked with me and my insurance company to make sure we got the storm damage repairs that we needed. Picking out the styles and colors was seamless and the onsite crews were super fast. I don't normally write reviews but I recently had the pleasure of working with Northwind Exteriors for a complete ‘face lift’ on my house, and they deserve a shout out. We bought our 20 year old house in 2021, and our roof and siding was in desperate need of updating from the previous owners. I was impressed by the extensive knowledge and guidance provided by Joe. He took the time to assess my needs, explaining the available options in my budget. He even helped my wife and I decide when we were stuck on color schemes. We ended up going with Malarkey Shingles and James Hardie for the siding. His transparency and clear communication made me feel confident in my choices and assured me that I was in good hands, not to mention the warranties that come with the products. The installation process was seamless, thanks to the highly skilled crew. They were respectful, and maintained a clean work environment, which I really appreciated. They followed the agreed-upon timeline and completed the work within the specified period. From the consultation to the final walkthrough, Joe was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. They even followed up after the project was completed to make sure that I was completely happy with the results, which further demonstrated their commitment to their clients. I’ve recommended them to several neighbors during and after the process. Overall, I cannot recommend Northwind Exteriors enough for their outstanding work. If you're looking for a reputable company that delivers exceptional quality, professionalism, and unmatched customer service, look no further. There’s not many contractors you find anymore that still care about the customers wants AND needs, and are able to balance both. I never once felt like I was being pushed into signing a contract, like I have with many other contractors I’ve reached out to in the past. They are truly a cut above the rest.

My wife and I were lucky enough to work with the owner of the company Joe. Joe was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly and happy to answer all the questions we had. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and painless(wish all home repairs went that way!) We ended up going with Malarkey Vista Shingles and that they look amazing!! A few of our neighbors are now looking into getting the same shingles.
