Northsouth was a great masonry company to work with. They were incredibly responsive, diligent, straightforward, knowledgeable, and timely in their work. I hired them to work on one limited project and then expanded the original scope based upon their obvious professionalism and competency. Since that first project, I have had the opportunity to use them again. And intend to do so in the future.

Hired Dan twice in the last 10 years for Masonry work. His pricing is competitive and he does the work on time. I don't hesitate to share his name with friends and clients!

They responded very quickly to our initial contact with them and came to our home to assess our concerns and what we wanted done. The staff were extremely professional and the work done, was completed in a timely manner, with no complaints from us. Beyond quality the most important thing is commutation. When Northsouth said they were going to show up they did and on-time. If their were issues on timing I was given a heads up. Crew was beyond friendly and quality of work was great. Highly recommend for any tuck pointing needs.

They removed my old fireplace used the brick to patch in where we had windows removed and you couldn’t see that there was an opening there before. And the new fireplace looks like a million dollars. Dan and his team completed the repair and a cost effective and timely manner over the years. I have used him numerous times on several of my properties and his estimates Have always been very reasonable. I never have any concerns from start to finish when using this company and have referred Dan to other business acquaintances .He never disappoints. !

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. During the heavy snowfall this year, water got under a limestone cap on the side of my chimney. It froze and the cap came tumbling off, exposing the insides to the elements. I wanted it fixed quickly and requested multiple quotes. Dan from Northsouth Masonry called me the next day, even though many masonry shops seem to shut down during the winter. I sent him detailed photos of the issue and we agreed on a price. Dan said he could take advantage of the brief warm spell, and the work was performed a few days later. It looks fantastic. The mason showed up *exactly* on time. The original construction didn't use steel pins on an angled cap, making it vulnerable to falling. These guys corrected that problem with hidden steel pins. A solid 3 hours of work on a 12 ft ladder. I was impressed. I was at work and the wife was manning the house, so Dan sent me multiple photos of the work at various stages which I appreciated. When finished, everything was cleaned up and spotless. A+ communication, A+ reliability, A+ punctuality, A+ work quality, A+ price. Thank you!
