Description of Work: Took some time to schedule with these guys. Great work. Very professional.

Description of Work: We didn't use them though preferred them, however my Dad was the final decision maker and he decides by price. I would have choose them as they were very professional. Perhaps next time.

Description of Work: I called Dan as I needed some minor brickwork done on the front of our home. He seemed professional and pleasant on the phone initially, but there was lack of follow through thereafter. He said he would let me know when he was available after Christmas to provide an estimate. He did not follow up with me as I had to call him to see when he would be out to do the estimate. He did do the estimate a few days later. He mentioned the job was small with a minimum of $150 to install about 3 bricks in the front of our home which was reasonable. He also gave us an estimate to tuckpoint our chimney stating there were multiple areas of damage with the cost to repair in the range of $1500. We did not ask for the chimney to be looked at, but felt it was good information to know for the future to be repaired at a later time. He said he would come out in a few days to do the small repair. He never did. He called me stating he didn't have the right color brick as the yard was closed. He said we would have to wait until after New Years when he could attain the correct color brick. He said he would be out the Wednesday after New Year's. When he did not arrrive, yet again I had to follow up with him to see what happened this time. He said it was too cold to do the brickwork and he would need to postpone until the following Saturday. It is naturally customer courtesy to call if you are not going to make it for a job. I felt I was persuing Dan to do the job which superceded his actual desire to perform the job. One excuse too many. It appeared as if the job was too small for him and simply not worth his while. When I told him we would wait until spring to do the job, he seemed completely fine and frankly relieved that he got out of doing this small job. He didn't even try to retain my business. What is very unfortunate is that he now lost out on the potential to do many larger jobs for us in the future.

Description of Work: Tim and his crew did a great job! We have a large building that need a lot of masonry work. They replaced the lientles on 14 windows, rebuilt 2 chimmines, and rebuilt about 120 feet of parpet wall. They also did spot tuck point and grinding. They were professional and answered any questions we had through out the process. I will be using NorthSouth Masonry again in the future! Thanks Tim. Ben Craig

Description of Work: Outstanding response--quickly provided a quote--competitive but fair. had delay due to ordering materials, but communicated always and did the job in one afternooon---very high quality, cleaned up and were professional. An outstanding company. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: We have some tuckpointing on our house that someone did a bad job on trying to fix themselves. I called Northsouth and after 2 phone calls and one week to get an estimate, they told me that our job was too small and we should hire a one man operation to repair it. I was disappointed.
