Description of Work: Nino's Tile & Marble Company removed and replaced ceramic tiles that were incorrectly installed and did the finish work on stairs and hallway area that had been left undone by a prior contractor. The job required much creativity and tedious detail work. The craftsmen were very professional, detail oriented, skilled and conscientious resulting in a beautiful end product. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I recently had Tony and Vito re-do a backsplash in our kitchen. They removed the old glass tiles and put in a new marble and glass backsplash. I was very impressed with the work they provided and their knowledge of design (even providing recommendations and suggesting alterations from my original concept which really worked). They were professional, courteous and trust worthy (I provided them keys to the house while we were at work and they would not accept payment until I had come home to see the final product). The work they did was exceptional, my husband and I could not be happier. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Just as many of the other reports stated, I put in a call to Nino's and received NO call back. I am very disappointed as I was hoping to use this company since they're based in the town where I work, Park Ridge, as a school counselor and I really like to do business with local owners, instead I called Empire Carpet and they responded immediately as is their custom and will be doing my ceramic tile within a week of the estimate visit (last Friday 8/31/07).

Description of Work: I CALLED, HE WAS GOING TO COME OUT. HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR TWO APPOINTMENTS. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL BACK WHEN HE WAS AVAILABLE, AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP.
