They did a great job. From the proposal process all the way down to the finishing touches, these guys were thorough and professional and extremely good to work with. I solicited 5 proposals for the remodeling. Neighborhood Remodelers were not the lowest bidders, but their professionalism was evident from the start, and it was the primary reason I chose their proposal. In the initial walkthrough, Luke was attentive to what my family needed and wanted out of the space. He put together a thorough proposal. When we accepted the proposal, Luke brought out a team that included an interior designer to design the remodeling. The project manager and foreman foreman for our job also participated. Once we received financing, they were able to start work soon after. They started the job exactly when they said they would, and they finished on time. Once the project began, most communication was done through Mick, the project manager. He did an excellent job managing the project. He always let my family know what to expect during the remodeling. He always answered my questions promptly. He was available outside of business hours to answer questions. He helped my family choose fixtures -- things like the lights, shower hardware and the tub. One of the best things Mick did was to recommend a company from which to purchase windows. Because we live near a live-music venue, we wanted sound-isolating windows. Mick provided a recommendation for a local manufacturer, and they built some excellent windows at a great price. Mick and the crew picked up and delivered the items that we had chosen, like the windows and the bath and toilet. Jerry, the carpenter who framed out the walls was excellent and thorough. The dry wall guys were great. The guys who came in and did the painting were great. The plumbing and electricity are all exactly to spec and exactly what we wanted. The job was started in early June and finished in early August. We've been using the new space for over three months now, and everyone in my family is thoroughly pleased with it.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did as well as how professional everyone was involved in the project. They took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything they were doing. They quoted us 7-8 weeks and completed the project within 7 weeks. We love our new kitchen!

They were very good. They are responsive. I had initially sent them an email to inquire about the job, but their reply went directly to my spam folder. Once I found their email, there were no problems with responsiveness after that. One of the owners, Mike Cooper, was constantly on top of things. I felt the price was very reasonable. I’m planning to hire them to remodel my laundry room future.

I was overall very impressed with the service from NR. Luke came out promptly after my initial phone call and gave me a detailed estimate within 48 hours. He was very responsive to questions I had, and the price was in line with the other quotes I had received for the same work. Rob was the foreman for the project and he and his partner did a great job with the work itself. I had special ordered tile for the bathroom to get a specific look that fit with the style of my bungalow. In the end I think this was more work than they had bargained for because of the amount of detail in the tile design, but they stuck with the price in the original contract and did a beautiful job. Mick was the project manager, and he did a good job of keeping me updated and doing purchasing when needed (he took care of my tile order). My only complaint would be that the dust from removing the plaster and sanding the new drywall joints made the room immediately outside the bathroom quite dusty. They did do their best (the bathroom has one small window) to vent dust outside with a fan but I would have appreciated them either draping the furniture or cleaning up when they were done. That was a pretty minor inconvenience though, and to be fair to them I did not ask them to come back and deal with it. I would definitely hire them again for a future remodeling job. They are honest and you can trust them to get the job done right.

The company came out and did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They were on time, neat, professional and polite. They started the work and were done about 90 days after the start of the project. We are very happy with the service and quality of work we received. We would highly recommend.

Since we are unable to get an estimate, we have to look elsewhere.

After obtaining several estimates we decided to go with Neighborhood remodelers , and we are so glad we did. Neighborhood Remodelers runs a very professional operation and they have talented, friendly staff. The initial meeting went well. Luke showed up on time and listened to what we were after. He offered some great ideas. We then met with Neighborhood Remodelers designer, Jill, in fact we met with her a few times. She is fantastic. Her great suggestions and reassurances were most helpful. The project team came out to our house to do another walk thru and went thru our project plans again and to meet the team. When work began on our kitchen, Mike, the project manager, came to our house on a daily basis to review progress and to go over any issues. We could not be any more pleased with our dealing with Neighborhood Remodelers, from start to completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Neighborhood Remodelers for any remodeling needs. The whole team was fantastic. A pleasure to work with all of them.

The Neigborhood Remodeler's sales manager (Luke) provided a detailed quote. The quote was not the least expensive, but the detail gave me comfort that everything would be done with a minimum of later arguments about what was or was not included. Luke brought the management team (Bill - Project Manager and Kamil - Job Foreman) in for a walk through before work began to verify in detail what was to be done. They even brought in a kitchen desinger (Jill) to verify what I wanted and to suggest ideas we hadn't thought of. Very impressive. The team that did the work was reliable and was dedicated to doing a quality job. Kamil was conscientious and made sure any potential problems were avoided. Bill was attentive and checked in with me regularly by text, email and phone to make sure everything was running smoothly and to keep me updated as to what was happening next. We did a major remodel, so there were the inevitable bumps along the way, but all issues were always handled with professionalism and courtesy. The quality of the work done was superb. I would recommend Neighborhood Remodelers to anyone.

They were professional, prompt and friendly throughout the entire project. Very good group of folks to work with. They went the extra mile whenever possible to make sure we were happy. They started on time as agreed and completed the a very large project right on schedule They estimated 6 weeks for the project and it was exactly 6 weeks to the day that they completed it despite a few surprises along the way. In any large remodel project of an old house there are always surprises and unexpected finds hiding behind walls or under floors, and they addressed each of them very professionally and to my delight, with very reasonable fair prices. Overall we are extremely happy with our new kitchen, the work they performed and the manner in which they did it. The people make the company and this company has some very good people to work with. We WILL be hiring them again for out next project!!!

These guys were great. Friendly, responsive, professional. They care about customer service and making their clients happy. My project actually came in under what I was originally quoted. They have a great billing system as well as you have one point of contact that gives you a daily update on your project. They're email friendly and don't require babysitting which is great for a working professional like myself. As with most home projects, they're are hiccups that happen and unforeseen challenges, but they were really great about explaining the situation and problem solving. Really happy with how my kitchen came out. Would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional, prompt and fair. I was very happy from the beginning where I got estimates and info from Luke. After assigned to the Project Manager, Mike, things moved very quickly and they did our entire master bath in 4 weeks, and the whole kitchen in 3 weeks. Mike was almost always immediately available and answers questions and concerns quickly. The workers, Damian and Robert were totally excellent and took GREAT pride in their work. They were very respectful of me, my family and the property. Anyone would be lucky to have those two on your job. There were, naturally, a few times where there were disagreements or frustrations - but that's to be expected when someone is in your house for two months tearing things up. A couple times I was hoping that they would cut me a break on some extra costs since we were doing such a big job. Also beware that the estimates you get from Luke in the beginning for material costs will probably be too low. He claimed the allowances were for medium grade material, but we did not find that to be true. We exceeded our material allowances by quite a bit--and I really don't think we splurged on very much. But the costs for labor were accurate and reasonable--I would've graded them an 'A' on price except for the inaccurate estimates for the material costs. The final product is beautiful and almost perfect. Zero workmanship flaws or obvious shortcuts that I've been able to find....like I said, Robert and Damian were awesome. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Over all they did an awesome job. The team at Neighborhood are very professional and will work with whatever you have in mind for your home. I highly recommend Neighborhood Remodelers for your next project!

Everyone at Neighborhood Remodelers are awesome from the time you call them to the end of the job. Very professional and they did a fantastic job on the kitchen. I absolutely love my new kitchen.

Neighborhood Remodelers were professional from our first contact through our entire project. We interviewed 4 different companies ranging from someone who only charged labor and we would be in charge of all purchases to Neighborhood Remodelers who essentially are a one stop shop. I appreciated that they have everything in writing and line itemed. Luke and I had several conversations before we decided on going with them. Each time, if we discussed any thing different from the current contract, within hours that new information was documented and I had record of it. As with any remodeling project the documented details allow all parties to be on the same page. Our project went pretty smoothly and timely. Jill did a great job walking us through the cabinet order and made great suggestions to optimize our functional and fun factor in our kitchen to be. Through the project we did have some need for change orders and re-orders which lengthen our project beyond the initial projection of 5-6 weeks. We have needed some things to be redone - a couple tiles came loose; grout sealer residue needed to be addressed - but I consider these par for the course of a remodel. Things/issues will come up - it is all in how they are handled when they do. Bill our general contractor for the project was always accessible to us through text or email and was prompt in responding to any concern we might have. Marek and Martin and their crew did a great job and stand behind their work. They have been responsive to any detail that we needed addressed -i.e. loose tile, need for a reorder of a cabinet etc. Kerin and Sam are great communicators from the office side of the company. We are pleased with our decision to go with Neighborhood Remodelers and will strongly consider them for any future work we might have. Sincerely

All in all, they are wonderful. Sebastian did the work, very nice, very professional. I do wish the TV were higher up, but outside of that, I love my wall.

Fantastic! This was a pretty extensive remodel (at least for us), as it was our first experience in doing so. We initially met with Luke to discuss our needs and get an estimate on the work that was to be provided. We immediately felt comfortable and liked the ideas that were discussed. Our project manager, Mick, was great, and proved to be a great resource for us throughout the project. Most of the work was completed by Marek, who is obviously very skilled and experienced in doing this type of work. We were asked for our opinion on every detail throughout the entire process and when were unsure, they provided thoughtful recommendations. I really feel as if they listened to what we wanted the end result to be and then worked with us at every step to get us there. We were fortunate to get to work with Jill to help us design our kitchen and select the cabinetry for all three rooms. Jill is so creative and full of wonderful ideas. Our kitchen would not be the same were it not for her involvement -- there is no way we could have picked out what she put together, and there is certainly no comparison to the service she provided in any home improvement store. We spent a lot of money, and time, on this project, and we are thrilled with the results. Remodeling is not easy, but the overall process was smooth and ultimately we are quite satisfied with the results. We get so many compliments on the work that was done from our guests and we are thrilled to recommend Neighborhood Remodelers to anyone interested in having similar work done to their home. Everyone at NR was helpful and professional - from Luke at the start of the sales process, to Sam and Kerin with invoicing and billing questions, to Marek, Mick and Jill for their skills and expertise. Should we be interested in remodeling in the future, they would be at the top of our list to call.

Refused to do the work I needed done because it wasnt a full remodel.

It's taken me too long to write this review. Mostly because I thought I wrote it already. Overall the experience was great and seamless. Luke is super charming and professional. Total stand up guy! We had the a/c unit installed in the attic so that it was out of the way and so that the vents were less noticeable. The Neighborhood Remodelers crew did all the work in about a week. And were even able to help get our Nest Thermostat installed and programmed. We also had canned lights installed during the same time. Also, great work. Fast. Neat. And professional. Since having this work done, Luke has been my go-to guy for referrals when I need work done around the house. He's always available to come out for an estimate and is super quick to respond to my emails. My partner and I have gone back and forth on getting the attic remodeled/dormered. And Luke has been gracious enough to always make himself available for an estimate and a chat. We would definitely hire them again. and again.

I have just decided to hire Neighborhood Remodelers for my bathroom remodel job. Luke was very friendly when he came out to quote as well as the most professional of the 5 contractors I had bid the job. He left me with a folder of references, pictures as well as his certificate of insurance and other materials (they are the only company that left anything of this nature behind). I had questions about the quote over the course of the last week or so and he as well as his office manager, Sam, have been very responsive. I look forward to working with them on this project.

Overall I was very pleased with the project. The crew for the remodeling, plumbing, flooring and electrical were always on time, very professional and courteous. Mike, Cooper, the project supervisor was fantastic. He was very responsive and visited the job site frequently. I also had a great experience with Jill, the designer. We ran into a few problems along the way (no surprise for a vintage building) but the team was always able to come up with a solution. I would definitely use Neighborhood Remodelers again and have already recommended them to a few of my friends.

This was our second experience with Neighborhood Remodelers, and we were happy with the final product. We asked for the same crew that worked on our last project (bathroom), and once again they worked very hard, efficiently and fast. The kitchen was original to the house (1930's), so it was pretty disgusting and we could not wait to replace it. We worked on the design with Jill, who is their in-house designer. Jill did a great job of helping us maximize storage in pretty small kitchen. We ordered Shiloh cabinets through them, which look great and fit well with the style of the house. They also had countertop samples in their design center, which was helpful since we could pick out all the big ticket items at once. The project started on time. We waited to start until the week the cabinets were scheduled to be delivered. The team got rolling quickly. I slowed the project by one day, by not buying enough floor tile, but otherwise things were going smoothly until we realized the cabinet company didn't ship all of the necessary parts. This was really frustrating and delayed the project a full week, since all cabinets could not be installed, thereby delaying the measurement and fabrication of the countertop. Apparently a cabinet company can mess up and delay a project, yet not have to compensate the customer for that. Instead, NR was the one that gave me a credit for the delay, which I appreciated. I still think that cost should fall onto the cabinet manufacturer. The team recovered from that and the final product really is beautiful. Everyone who has come over has been so impressed with the look of our kitchen.

Luke came out on time for the quote and explained the entire process and promptly provided a very detailed quote regarding labor and materials cost. They also provided a very good list of suppliers for materials that allowed me a wide range of product to choose from and they arranged pick up and delivery of the products to my home. Bill was my job manager and checked on the job regularly to make sure everything was being done right and that I was satisfied with everything and answered all my questions. He always responded immediately to any of my phone call and emails. I worked with Jill in their office for my cabinets and it was was very easy process. The cabinet quality is beyond what we had expected and we are very pleased. The workmen arrived everyday on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and kept my home clean. I was home for the entire process and they allowed me to watch and took time to answered any questions I had. The bathroom was gutted to the stubs and completely rebuilt. They updated plumbing, replaced rotted subfloor, put in a new lighting, tub, toliet and tile. Paul patiently worked with me as I hand picked all the travertine tile that was used in the shower and he carefully installed them so that the color variations blended well. We are extremely pleased with the finish bathroom and received many complements from family and friends during the Holidays. I will be using them again to do my downstairs bathroom & family room.

The project took 5 days to complete and looked great when it was completed. The tile work was outstanding. We live in a condo and knew from a neighbor's previous experience that the bathroom was poorly insulated, so we had the insulation replaced and our bathroom is definitely warmer and no more drafts hitting you on the knees. Sebastian went above and beyond and even rerouted the toilet valve and replaced some damage baseboard. There was a small leak that was discovered a few week after completion. We contacted Neighborhood Remodelers and they came out promptly and were very flexible with scheduling the repair. They took care of everything and there was no extra charge.
