The team at Neighborhood Remodelers did a really excellent job remodeling our kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. It was a big project and they worked with us to make sure we were comfortable and informed the entire time. They were also very responsive to all questions and concerns we had throughout the entirety of the project. I even referred them to my parents to remodel their kitchen.

We've hired Neighborhood Remodelers for two projects: one small closet remodel in a condo, and an entire gutted basement remodel. They provided design service, rebuilt our stairs, installed new electrical and lighting, created a bedroom, and installed cabinets and flooring that we purchased. They spray painted our ceiling and painted our walls. We love our basement and have only good things to say about NR!

The work we had done was the gutting and remodeling of two bathrooms, and conversion of a half bath into a walk-in closet. We are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend NR to others. The team of Robert, Hubert, and project manager, Mike, were easy to work with, and communicated with us during every step of the project. They were quick and efficient and demonstrated a high degree of workmanship.

They remodeled my first floor including a redesign of the kitchen removing a full bath and expanding the kitchen in that space. Tear down walls, put up new walls and created a new 1/2 bath. The kitchen cabinets they supply are custom made and extremely good quality with an incredible price point. I also hired them most recently to finish my basement. The whole crew is dependable and respected. I was referred to them by a few friends who also used them for home remodels.

We are so pleased with everything they have done to improve our home. We are thrilled with their service!

NR is heads above any contractor we have worked with, and that covers 40 years of projects across four states. The workmanship is top-notch, but what really makes them special is the communication. Every message was returned very promptly, every glitch was addressed immediately, and they showed up when they said they would without fail! They were helpful and flexible when changes had to be made (e.g., many of the discontinued wall tiles arrived broken and we had to rethink the design. This was solved within hours and the results are actually better than the original plan.) My kitchen was completed slightly under budget and a week ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. I'd hire them again for sure!

We hired Neighborhood Remodelers to do a complete remodeling of our kitchen and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process or the end result. We had gotten a couple of other bids and decided to use them because the price was reasonable, we liked the cabinets that they use, their references were good, and we liked the people we met. From that point on, everything went very smoothly. Their designer took all the time that we needed to finalize the plans. When the work started, it went smoothly and steadily. The various jobs were well-coordinated, someone was at the house pretty much every day, and the project was substantially complete in about three weeks, which was wonderful. Other positives - the estimate and contract were highly detailed, which helped us manage our budget and understand how much any changes would cost. They were also very accommodating with changes to the extent they were feasible. Billing was easy to understand and was based upon milestones being met. Communication was great throughout and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our kitchen looks great! Would recommend without reservation.

Neighborhood Remodelers has renovated almost every room in our home over a multi-year period, including an entire kitchen, all bathrooms and basement gut and rebuilds, along with all bedrooms and living room/dining room. Luke, Mike and their entire team are a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, respectful, collaborative and do absolutely wonderful, quality work. Renovation is a disruptive and stressful process, but having partners you can trust, who communicate well and deliver as promised makes that process so much easier. I highly recommend this fantastic team.

Neighborhood remodelers not only did our first floor which was an entire gut to bricks including an entire kitchen, but our entire second floor also to the bricks including a bathroom remodel. Canâ t say enough wonderful things about NRâ ¦they are meticulously in their quoting process, working with the customer on pricing, to the actual work. NR is clean, prompt and the work is perfect every single time and every single person we worked with, talked to were so friendly and accommodating. They have no hidden costsâ ¦all is up front. NR also goes beyond the one year warranty and genuinely wants to know how the completed project is working for the customer. Lastly, we had not worked with them in a few years and we had an emergency, a pipe broke in our ceiling, flooding kitchen and basement (not their work). I texted a video showing problem and they dropped everything and pulled one of their men off a job and was here in 20 minutesâ ¦diagnosed the problem, worked with our insurance and fixed ALL ceiling floors wall etc. if you hire NR you will not regret it and your friends and family will be jealous of beautiful you home looks.

We used Neighborhood Remodelers in 2020 to redo our kitchen and are as thrilled with the results today as we were back then. Luke, Jill, Gabriel, Mike and everyone at NR were wonderful to work with. They provided weekly updates and always responded quickly to any questions we had. They provided great guidance on all aspects of the project from tile and countertop options to appliance choices. Their pricing was up front and spot on. Fast forward three years and we are using again for another renovation project. We highly recommend NR!

We hired Neighborhood Remodelers in 2020 to do major updates to our house, including our kitchen, family room, dining room, bathrooms, and mud room. They did absolutely beautiful work, and we are constantly complimented on how our house looks. NR is easy to work with, extremely responsive to communications and requests, and fairly priced. Neighborhood Remodelers remodeled my kitchen. I am over-the -moon with the outcome! The timeliness, communication, friendliness, and level of concern was top notch! The company only uses high quality materials, and I was able to make decisions on appliances, colors, countertop material, etc. The designer provided helpful advice at every turn! The owner was available throughout the project and answered my phone calls and emails promptly. The foreman provided relatable, honest, and helpful insight. His oversight was much appreciated. The foreman and the designer also provided weekly updates-I never wondered about start date, finish date, etc. I felt like the employees approached the project with old-world sensibility (attention to craftmanship and presentation). All around fantastic experience!

They were also very responsive, responding to emails and texts within hours whenever we had questions. Last, the work was excellent and we are very happy with our complete bathroom remodel. We will be using them again when it is time to do the kitchen and the basement in a few years.
