Fabulous, Very nice!

I was very happy with the service. He called me back about a day after i left a message to schedule a visit and took care of these issues in one visit. I'm going to hire Moonshower again to replace an outdated controller.

Normally each year we just pay $75 for them to provide a yearly maintenancecheck and start up of our sprinkler system. We have a large yard with four separate watering zones. This year, due to some landscaping changes, we had to have two sprinkler heads move and a new one installed. The total cost - including the yearly maintenance check-up and start-up - was $175. With all the digging them had to do to move the two sprinkler heads to their new locations and install a new one, I expected the cost to be higher. The cost included all parts.

They activate, turn off and maintain our sprinkler system for the lawn. They come twice a year. They are professional and always do a good job. The only thing is that you have to call and leave a message and they will return your call only a couple of days or even a week later. It is not like some one is there to answer the phone. I will continue to use their services.

Once here, the assessment of needs and work was completed efficiently. Very knowledgeable about the irrigation system. The system works great!

I contacted this company because I was dissatisfied with my previous company. I had been told I needed an expensive repair job and did not trust the company because of some previous experience with them. Mr. Woods arrived promptly at the appointment time, checked the system and told me everything was in good working order and their were no repairs needed. I will definitely use the company again.

Darrell responded to my first call right away and we arranged a time to meet. He showed up as promised and quickly got to work. I found him to be a very nice person. He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. As a refreshing change from what one typically finds, he discouraged me from considering an upgrade to our system that would have cost over $600. He will come back to complete two repairs and I plan to use him for all future service issues.

Dearell was great. He spent an hour at my home diagnosing the problems with all the different sprinkler zones when he came to give the quote. The other companies I talked to just told me to replace my whole sprinkler system (for $5000 plus!). The work was completed in an afternoon, and included replacing heads, repairing underground pipe, tightening valves, and replacing the control box in the garage. Only problem was that the wrong timer/control box was put on the truck, so work had to be carried over to next business day. Will definitely use company from now on for turning system on and off seasonally.

Difficult to do business with a company if you can not speak with someone to get basic info to set up an appointment.

Excellent. Darryll respond right away and came when he said, he would. He also came on a Saturday, at no extra charge, which was extremely important to me. I will have him come and do the fall close out of the system.

Darryl was incredibly helpful on the telephone. He was able to explain likely causes for my problem and provided troubleshooting tips. My system did not require repairs and he actually told me this over the telephone rather than coming out and charging me for a visit!

I was very happy to find Darrel who was everything you would want in a specialist. He was courteous and yet friendly, efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable, prompt, and most of all, honest. I am sure if I had found him late last fall (my fault even though by then I was a member of Angie's List. I was not used to the idea yet.) I would not have had the burst pipe. I would have saved a few thousand dollars. I would have had a green lawn and garden last fall and this spring. He replaced and repaired the broken pipe, a $120 plastic housing unit for the back-up system, a few irrigation heads, and replaced and rewired the electrical timer/irrigation connection some one had cut and then did a lousy job to make it look connected. The $435 included a $120 unit, 3'' copper pipe, etc. I gave him $500 because I was so happy with what he has done. He will always be in my book of valued service specialists.

Darryl was on time, polite, efficient and effective. His price was more than fair. I would recommend his services.

He returned my calls and actually showed up the day he scheduled and on time. Seemed like a very honest guy. I'll have him back to do the fall turn off and any other maintenance I may need in the future.

WE HAVE USED THE FIRM TWICE, MOST RECENTLY 6/27/05. MR. WOODS AND HIS ASSISTANT (ESP. MR. WOODS) WORKED VERY HARD ON A PARTICULARLY SWELTERING DAY TO REPAIR A DAMAGED SPRINKLER VALVE. BOTH TIMES WE USED MOONSHOWER, WE WERE SATISFIED WITH HIS PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. COST WAS REASONABLE.
