The rug was cleaned beautifully. There seemed to be internal communication difficulties about when the rug was completed and ready to deliver.

He did a god job installing the new carpet and he will be coming out to do some carpet cleaning in our home as well.

I have been very pleased with them. Their pricing is very competitive and they stand behind their work. I have used other places but I always end up coming back to Manas Torcom. I would highly recommend them.

I gave a "B" grade on responsiveness simply because on this visit they had a young boy who was probably about high school age working a summer job probably. Well, he didn't want to get out of the truck to help. The main guy had to get on him a bit to get him to help. He didn't look motivated at all. Other than that, they did great. Though I had my furniture moved and my carpets all rolled up for them, they will do that for you at no extra charge. My parents had used them for as long as I can remember, maybe 25-30 years and they always did a quality job in cleaning. It was time for me to call them for my rugs.
Description of Work: They picked up, cleaned, and delivered five area rugs for me. One of the rugs was 6x4 foot, three of them were 6x9 feet, and the other one was a 8x2 foot rug. It took them only 1 1/2 weeks.
